Dr. Fatmi founded Health & Wellness Dentistry in Palm Beach County and has built a team of 8+ licensed doctors across 4 offices. He's a Fellow of the American College of Dentists and the International College of Dentists, two of the profession's most selective honor societies, and he served as Chairman of the Florida Board of Dentistry, the body that licenses and regulates every dentist in the state.

The 20% discount applies to professional teeth whitening treatment (D9972, D9973, D9974, or in-office tray dispense) for patients who book the Smile Consult through this page and is contingent on a licensed H&W dentist confirming the patient is a clinical whitening candidate at the consult visit. The discount cannot be combined with dental insurance benefits or other promotions, is non-transferable, has no cash value, and is limited to one redemption per new whitening patient. The discount must be used within 60 days of the consult. Patients with active decay, untreated periodontal disease, severe sensitivity, restorations on visible front teeth, or other clinical contraindications may not be eligible; in those cases the doctor will discuss appropriate options at no additional cost.
